Do NOT move into this place. When we first came here the staff was polite, the maintainence crew was prompt but that quickly changed. We had a leak coming from the apartment above us, not only did they wait ALL day to come fix it, they left us with a hole in our ceiling and mold growing for nearly 3 months!!!! They could care less about your health and the property manager's famous excuse is that he had "no idea that this was going on". The ladies in the office were rude and took all complaints as threats. This is a TERRIBLE place to move into. Stay away!!!!

i am sooooooooo with you on the mold comment this place fluds like the delaware river, the mold is everywhere and there is a really strong smell of mold in some buildings, if you dont believe this person come see for yourself, oh and by the way dont forget to check out the cockroaches running around in the hallways, and in everyones apartments....p.s. were having a wonderful day at brandwine......come keep our cockroaches company!!!!!!

IF THERE IS MOLD EVERYWHERE WHY DOESNT ANYBODY CALL THE HEALTH BOARD heehehe ::::::sings with the cockroaches::: "We are Family...All of my sisters and me"! :~)
