the place really isn't all THAT bad. I've heard that some of the buildings here do have a bug problem but (knock on wood) there hasn't been a bug problem in my brother's apartment and he's lived here for 2 years.

Maintenance does tend to barge in after doing a quick rumble-knock on you door which can be a bit annoying. The location is awesome. Close to shopping, restaurants and philly is nearby as well. Its right off of I-95 which is fantastic. There are a lot of kids and pets in the neighborhood but everyone seems to mind their own business and things seem to work out fine.

The parking situation is good. I've never had a problem with parking anywhere here and I have out-of-state tags on my car. Nice size apartments, although the layout is kinda wierd. And the kitchen offers you VERY LITTLE cabinent space, FYI.
