This place gets my OK.
I had a studio here.

- It was silent.
- Ample parking.
- The lighting on the studio apartments side was of a little concern, but overall well lit.
- A problem with the studio is, they have separate entrance, so each time you have to do laundry etc, you have to walk around the apartment complex and get into the laundry room.
- I did not have any untoward incidents personally, but one girl was murdered when I stayed there. Cop cars hover around the place many a time, but I have walked around late night and never felt unsafe. I think the "murder" was more of an issue with the girl/murderer, rather than the area.
- Service is pretty prompt. Maintenance did not give me any trouble.
- I know some friends who lived there as well and they had pretty noisy neighbors. Not the thickest of walls, but I think thats an issue with most apartments.
- The train line runs from the back of the aprtments, so if you get an apartment at the very end, you could hear the train at nights.


On the whole pretty good.
