Can't beat the what you get for the $$$. I've lived at several close-by communities and Brandywine is the best for less. Clean, quiet, large units. My major complaint would be the pool hours and security doors to the hallways. Even though I feel like I am an attractive woman, I never felt unsafe so I didn't like the inconvenience of access doors.
