I have been living at Brandywine Apartments for approximately 1.5 years and must say that not only is the office staff courteous and friendly at all times, the maintenance staff respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently. The apartment community is friendly and neighborly and the units themselves are spacious and have great closet space. It has been my experience that this is a good community to live in and I would recommend Brandywine Apartments to anyone who is looking for a friendly, secure apartment setting. It is more than an apartment; it is a home.

That's for the spectacular review of your own complex, Brandywine Office Staff Member...no wonder this place has such a high rating on this site even though once you move in, you will experience tons of problems!

Sorry you think I'm a staff member. I am simply a resident. It is an honest rating and having lived in other complexes, Brandywine is a nice place to live. Try treating it like a home and not a rental and you may feel the same. There are problems everywhere and reality teaches you which ones are worth a fight.
