Very Poor maintenance. I had a water leakage in the bath tub couple of months back and it was fixed at that time. After a week or so, the water started leaking again. It's been three weeks I am running after the leasing office management to get it fixed. Nothing has been done so far.

I had the exact same problem and it turned my tub green (which I'm sure they'll try to take out of my security deposit...glad I reported it to them and documented it so they can't try to charge me for it)! It took them at least 2-3 weeks to fix it.
