I thought it was a nice place to live at first, only until you realize who your neighbors are. The office staff was terriable along with the maintance. Don't expect the parking lots to plowed in the winter. In the summer your air conditioning bill will be over $200. The walls are paper thin as you can listen in on your neighbor. Then at the end of your lease, the will hike your rent sky high.

Judging from the comments made this person did not and has not lived in Brandywine Apartments. The statements made are completely false, but anonymously they can say anything.
