I have lived here for 13 months I really like the old building feel (built in the 70's I believe) it has alot of character. The rent is 728 for a one bedroom and at the time It was my best choice.

After the blizzard last year it took maintenance 3 days to plow.

They plowed one time on the Sunday morning when it first began snowing. Then they never came back until Tuesday afternoon. I could not go to work etc.

I did see their snow plow plowing Concord mall though on the news. The owner (as I was told my another resident)also owns Concord Mall The trucks were plowing the mall parking lot first.

It wasn't so bad for me however, there are many retired people who live here and it did not seem right to plow the mall first.

What if someone here had a medical emergency and no emergency vehicles could quickly get in to help or maybe a fire truck.

This I absolutely do not understand.

The lighting could be alot better. I have complained several times already and nothing has happened.

Other than that it is a fairly quiet place to live.
