Brandywine Hundred Apts is poorly run and poorly maintained. The office staff is awful, and the maintenance staff is low skill. Laundry machines and elevators often don't work and don't get repaired. Warning to current tenants: take pictures and carefully document the condition of your apartment before you move out. Prospective tenants: this place should be avoided. You can do better elswhere. It's run by Apartment Communities. All of their properties should be avoided.
