Great New/renovated Apartments in Wilmington DE. Location is Great!

All apartments are newly renovated (Everything is brand new in apartments). Building is very quit and I cannot hear my neighbors. Amenities include : Very Nice fitness center, free business center, pool, garage parking, and coffee in the lobby. Location is great and shopping is right here! I am very pleased that I rented here. I work in Downtown Wilmington and it only takes me 5 minutes to get to work and I do not have to live in Downtown Wilmington! The Leasing agents and service is great. Very easy to move in.
