I love Brandywine Hundred (been here 8 months). The location is perfect and the property itself is beautiful. The amenities are terrific. Pool, gym, tennis courts, etc. There is something for everyone here. The Kormans take great care of the grounds and the renovations are top of the line. Everyone in the office is friendly. The maintenance guys are also very friendly. If everything remains the same I will be here for a long time.
