My wife and I recently moved into this complex and have been very disappointed. For the amount of rent this place charges we expected much better. The management of this place, when you can locate them, could not care less about its tenants once they get them to sign a lease. They'll make all kinds of promises until you sign. Then they want nothing to do with you.

We have had a number of maintenece problems that go unresolved or we're just told, nothing is wrong. There are also a number of loud tenants in the building that have required the police to be called to break up parties.

Overall, it has been a mistake to rent from this organization (Apartment Communities) and we can't wait until our lease expires to get out.
