I've been their for 2 1/2yrs and the whole time it was bad. The first year we had a squirrel problem. They just kept coming into our apartment and they did nothing for 6 months. Maintenance is bad. The glass was cracked in two of our windows and it took them a year to fix it and they fixed it because LNI came. So during the winter I had to put blanks up to the window and the heat kept cutting off and I had to keep the oven on or buy a heater. It took them all most a year to come and fix the holes that we had from the squirrels coming through and they used paper towel the first time to fix it (NO LIE). We also had our cars broken into and they are suppose to have a security watch. People that didn't even live there would come over and park in the parking lot and be smoking or they come in the stairway and smoke and you can smell the smoking coming under your door. There was people breaking into the vacant apartments. It was just bad, I couldn't wait to get my family out of their. So please don't go.
