PLEASE DON NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES OF THIS PLACE! UNLESS YOUR A HANDY MAN! IT TAKES THEM MONTHS TO FIX ANYTHING. THE MAITENANCE STAFF ARE VERY SKETCHY. THE OWNER IS KNOWN AS A SLUM LORD AND IF U DON'T BELIEVE ME ASK ANYONE WHO LIVES HERE AND CALL THE COUNTY BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT HERE!
