The rent is ridiculously high considering the living conditions, unless you want to pay high rent to co-habitate with roaches. Not to mention the condition of the apartments themselves. Shoddy door locks - security is non-existent. The complex needs to be imploded and rebuilt from the ground up. The sinks leak, the paint has been coated over so many times you can practically peel layers off. Crappy carpets, cheap blinds, sloppy lawn and ill maintained vegetation. Maintenance is the worst and management - forget it... my advice DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT RENTING AT CANBY PARK! IT SUCKS!!

This is true that is why I left they wouldnt fix anything right.Band-Aid everything.I had a letter from a tenant thanking me for fixing her bathtub and got chewed out by the owner and his maintenance chief.
