Slums is too nice a word to describe canby park

you are basically paying rent to live with mice, roaches, squirrels, bad maintenance, loud neighbors and various slimy people lurking about. sure, the pool was nice, but that was it. so, my advice is to stay with your mom or find another place to go. period.
