I've been here since 2002 in the renovated bldg. I have 1st flr unit w/a private entrance.never a rodent prob...never a bug prob (thanx to good prevntive maintenance which includes cauk.. ,a syringe of RAID MAX,some steel wool and a container of Home Defense)...and so that's why I never had any such probs...the only squirrell complaint is that those critters nibbled at my car's wires(connected to the veh's computer--cost me over $1500 bux in repairs!!!)so now durin the fall I slide a cookie sheet fulla cayanne pepper and such under the car as a deterrent for those lil buggers!!! I suffer no noise pollution except whenever heavy people or running toddlers are overhead.(not the best ceilings).The staffers are professional and respond well(so far). I wish all the units were all like mine but there are still some apt bldgs w/shared entrances; which invites loitering and other bad behavior. If all the units get renovated into those w/private entr & patios/balconies, that'll help out in weeding out the wrong types

must be one of the 4 mannagers in the past 3 yrs ive been here. i dont think a severley retarded person would like to live here.

Mice&Rodents is who I share my apartment with the rent should be slit three ways Canby Park is a hell hole .I would not recomend this place to Bin Laden!!!
