I am like others who cant wait for the lease to go up but I'm actually working on finding another apartment and get out of my lease.

I been here since last year and problems started since before I even moved in. Management promised to have the apartment ready by a certain date and they didnt. They said it would have new carpeting and that was a lie.

Winter came along and like the other review from the other tenant; everything is true. Temperatures were reaching below 30F and I had called about 20 times within 3 days because my heat was not working. When I actually got to talk to the office manager she said " we arent allowed to turn on the heat just yet. But, you can open your oven to heat your apartment mean while". What kind of adequate living is that. I went with living off heat from my oven for almost 2 months till I called again. They had to come and repair my apartment because supposedly they were doing each apartment in the building indivually to get heat restored. After my heat started working it wouldn't abide by the temperature meter. It was always over 80F so I had to crack my windows open till maintenance answered my 5th call again to come and fix it.

Now yes it is true if you want hot water 24/7 dont expect it at Canby Park.

While all this heat and water was happening my car got broken into 3 times. The first time they stole my speakers from my trunk. Even though my trunk handle was locked they forced it open. The second time the stole my tailights plus my head unit. Can you believe this, my tail lights!. After the first break in I would detach the faceplace from the head unit and bring it inside with me. They stole the head unit either way not caring it wouldnt work for them without the face plate! Some balls.

Lights outside are inadequate. They are sometimes out and in some places in the parking lots there isnt any at all. This does not make it safe for anyone coming home from work late. Not to mention there is no parking in certain spots.

I definitely am not renewing my lease or rec
