you enjoy extremely elevated volumes anytime during the day and night and the excitement of seeing cop cars come and go. You will never be alone since you will always have the companionship of God's creatures like rodents and fleas. You will have the opportunities to interact with city officials or the court system and discuss those lovely creatures. You will have the additional satisfaction of looking at the gym and tennis court that are always vacant. You will not be bothered by the young people who patrol the neighborhood and borrow your furniture or bicycle from your deck outside your living room without disturbing you from your rest. Last but not the least, you will have the urge to want to exercise your second amendment right and add to the thrill of being a proud CanbyPark renter.
