Go check it out yourself...you be the judge. I just moved here a month ago and yeah I've witnessed a few of the situations mentioned but trust me anywhere you go there will be problems some more major some minor. Don't listen to what others say I didn't, I read the reviews before I moved in. I came to check it out met a few people in the neighborhood (very nice people) Came back again a few months later to check it out AGAIN signed my lease and I was satisfied. Wilmington or Canby Park period is not...GHETTO I've seen ghetto, you people wouldn't know what ghetto was anyway...THANKS!

What do you mean 'you people'? If that place isn't a ghetto, then what is? I hope you like druggies, sex offenders, thieves and murderers. You'll be living with them.

You said in your post that you are satisfied. No Im not from the office, because if I was, I would be taking up for the shthole like you are, not telling the REAL DEAL about this dump. YOU ARE DEFINATELY FROM THE OFFICE. No one likes it there. There are drugs, murders, cops in there all the time and everything else. Like I said b4, you must be from Ruwanda if you like it there. Well, I am not from the office and I moved here back in July 2008 and I love my unit. What I don't like is the residents that act as you who are most likely a problem with throwing trash on the grounds as they enter their car, or have their cars parked that don't run and have broken windows with broken glass all over, or drinking in the parking lot and leaving trash all over. I don't bring guests here because of the trash on weekends, but I absolutely love the unit and once people stop acting ghetto it will be a nice place to live. And if no one likes it here,why stay????????? Dah

I agree YOU ARE FROM THE OFFICE. No wilmington is not ghetto, but CANBY PARK APARTMENTS ARE....When i lived there there were mice everywhere. The made a whole in my kitchen closet, from the inside of the walls. My bathroom was leaking down the walls and started caving in. This place needs to be reported to the state for un healthy living conditions. I didnt have kids then, but now i would never put my children in the situation. AND its not the people outside the apartment, its the office agents that lie and the maintanceman who never comes and the busted apartment being rented. AND your not the only one who knows what living in the ghetto is.............for your information.
