I completely agree with the previous writer. Owner is a cheap bastard who uses the maintenance staff to intimidate. Place has problems with cockroaches and leaky plumbing. Landscaping is awful. Move into a Motel 6 instead! You'd be better off!

Place allows pets so you are allowed to keep the cockroaches!!!!
