Pro= Convenient to downtown Wilmington, I495 and I95. Spacious. Garage parking (for a price). I have great neighbors. The lady in the office is supper friendly and nice. Maintenance has come every time I called. The pool is nice. They allow pets. Its clean in my building. I cant here my neighbors during the day (only sometimes with the windows open). Great working dishwasher. Washer & Dryer on each floor. Elevator in building.

Cons= Not modern or chic compared with many others in the area. Some moderate repeat issues with maintenance in regards to the central air. I little wear and tear. Coin s system laundry. Some people in the area walk their dog unleashed however I don t know if those people live in my complex or just live in the area. Not so good night lighting.

Over all I like it and don t plan on moving, my apartment is homely and comfy. I like the area and the lack of a lot of children. All summer I only saw very few kids in the pool. I never see people just "hanging around."
