I've lived here 7 months and can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move out. I live in one of the townhomes. The heating/ac is very loud, the dryer is loud, the floors are squeeky, the apartment only has windows on one side and is therefore very poorly ventilated and dark...not to mention the "wonderful" neighbors we have in the complex just across the street (low income housing)who are out playing music all hours of night and recently broke into a neighboring empty apartment. They make the cops a permanent presence in the neighborhood.
It's not all bad though as the apartments are quite spacious. If you're willing to settle for a spacious apartment in a bad neighborhood, this is the place for you.
