I currently live there. I agree with the other reviews that the apartments and your neighbors are very quiet. This is a great place for a student because there is little drama. The low income housing mentioned in previous reviews have been shut down so the neighborhood is much quieter.

My experience with the maintenance people has been ok. They were very responsive my first two years. Now I have to call numerous times to get a simple repair. Unfortunately I am still waiting for them to replace a kitchen hose that leaks.

The appliances definitely need to be updated but they work. The pool is great!! The downside is it doesn't remain open for long (they open the pool the first week of July and it's closed again by Labor Day).
