Stay away from this apartment complex! I just moved in about two months ago. I thought this aparment was going to be my dream apartment. Everything looked so beautiful and nice. I was wrong. The day I first moved in, I found a dead cockroach in the stairwell. I thought eh no big deal, right' I mean the thing wasnt in my apt. Well I got all settled in and then I took my dog for a walk and saw two more cockroaches in the stairwell. I thought to myself well this is absolutley disgusting. So then that week, I saw my cat playing with something in my bedroom. It was a giant long cockroach. I killed it. That day I sprayed and put out traps. Well don't you know I found one again yesterday. I went into my bedroom and walla, my cat had a 2-3 inch cockroach in her mouth, I screamed. Got her away from it, killed it, and saved it to show the leasing people. I'm tired of this crap. I want my $ back and I want to leave. I dont reccomend this place to anyone, ever. I oviously have dirty neighbors. When I moved into the apt, it looked like no-one had lived there for a year. There was cob-webs all over, the front door was loose, there was black mold and dirt in all the windows and in between the sliding glass doors, there was chips of paint missing on the walls and doors. Rusty bathroom, the bathroom sink was destroyed with marks on top of it. There was stains all over the carpet. I had the liberty of shampooing the carpet, going around with a bucket of bleach/soap cleaning all the mold and dirt away. I'm highly allergic to mold. I'm a neat/clean freak. And a germa-fob. Everything has to be sanitized and clean 100% of the time. How the hell can I have roaches' My theory is the dirty neighbors or the trash chute in the laundry room. Maybe someone isnt doing their job, perhaps maintance' hmmm I think they are letting trash pile up down there and that might be attracting thousands of Gigantic big Cockroaches! I'm so afraid im going to get sick. My allergies are horrible. Cockroaches are a major health concern. I need to leave here. I dont think any spraying will get rid of them. I think the whole building is utterly infested. Please somebody if you have any information for me on what I can do, please reply. Im so afraid.
