I have enjoyed living at Forest Park. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I would like to see more lights on the property; however, I am not unsatisfied with the layout as it is. I feel there is adequate parking and have had mostly pleasant experiences with my neighbors. People do tend to speed through the parking lot, even with the recent placement of speed bumps. The buildings are well kept and I have always had an expedient response to any maintenance issues. I feel the rent is a little high; however, for the size and area of my apt., I am happy to pay it. I feel safe taking my dog out and do not feel threatened in any way after dark.
I would definitely recommend this property to others.
