I lived here for 2 years and moved out last may. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. The staff was nice and parking was plentiful(at least at my building #25). Other than that everything else needs improvment. The pipes leaked into my apartment countless times in several places and never seemed to really get fixed. There were bugs for a few days, everytime someone moved out. The parking lot wasn't safe, with people zipping in and out around a blind turn. And there always seemed to be people screaming at each other outside. Rent also climbed from 750 to 825 within 18 months. Bottom line is I've seen worse than Forest Park, but I think its a little too pricey for what it is.
