Management is friendly, and very responsive to maintenance requests. Grounds are kept OK. But people hang out in the parking lots and stair wells. Fix their cars in the parking lots too. Lots of noise: music, kids, loud cars, squealing tires. Recent break-ins to cars and apartments too. I am looking to move, soon.
