Who do you think you are fooling? I have lived in this area for 20 years and anyone who DOESN"T have their head up their a** knows how these places have gone down. I lived here 15 years ago and the change is shocking. I have a NEWSFLASH for you: "Take a LOOK AROUND"!. Phoney reviews by the office or people asked will not make these places better! Racing cars that almost run you over, Noise at night, Kids running wild,
and noise, noise, noise! I lived here and now own a place in the adjoining development. Yeah we are worried about section 8 and property values. Especially since these places have gone down in recent years. I also had friends that lived here who could not wait to get out because of: people hanging in the hall, loud music, unsupervised children, and phoney management promises. By the way I worked and lived in a complex with section 8, so all of your BS and
arrogant remarks I know aren't true. I don't want my neighborhood turning into a ghetto.
Also your language and attitude shows EXACTLY what type of people are renting these. Sad.
