I have lived here for two years we are on our third manager.

The parking lot is dangerous because of the people who speed through here, even with children playing in the parking lot, and disregarding the stop signs (one of which is not clearly visible). Recently (I?m very proud of the management for doing it) they put in a speed bump. It has helped, however, I?ve seen people drive around it onto the grass to avoid it. Putting this speed bump in has made me think that management may possibly be trying to do the right things! Hopefully they will continue to make changes for the better.

Numerous cars have been vandalized and broken into due to inadequate lighting and no security.

I have been woken up at all hours of the night with the noise of: fights and yelling in the parking lot, T.V. and radio of other neighbors playing loudly (inside the building AND outside in the parking lot), tires squealing and doors slamming.

Some neighbors, when asked to keep the noise down, will co-operate.

Management seems to only want to make excuses for the problems and they do nothing at all even when someone does something right in front of them.

Examples are: Car radio playing very loudly right in front of the office while office personnel was showing someone around the complex... ignored. Vehicles squealing tires out in the entrance to the apartments right in front of office personnel. Even after management threatened everyone with being towed for parking in the yellow striped areas, they do nothing about it.

When they ignore what?s happening in front of everyone that lives here and the "future residents" it makes them look incompetent and foolish. Everyone is laughing at the management.
