Too much noise, too many kids, no one and I mean NO ONE speaks english. This place used to be nice. They have changed it into a section 8 dump. The people in the surrounding houses $200,000 and up are having a fit. It IS the Pike Creek Valley Projects. Speeding cars, loud stereo noise, you will think you are in the "hood". Maangement as usual misrepresents the place.

Sounds like a good place to make rap videos, tuck guns down your super baggy jeans & tryb to meet hot, hootchie mommas!!!!! BOOOO YAAAAAAHHHH!!!! What ever that means but I bet you will hear that a lot around this place!!!! About not speaking English??? Do they just speak ghetto trash talk which is so hard to understand might I add! I usually get an 'intrepreter' if I have to understand it.
