I bet a "friend" of yours told you about this site. You are obviously the office trying desperately to post something positive. I had lived here 15 years ago. Again the change in the place is disturbing.
I now have bought a place in the surrounding area of which these slums affect the property values. What is prejudiced about wanting a decent place to live' The people from these apartments race down the road, nearly run people over walking,some from the elderly Apts. Woodlea, throw trash about, and generally make noise and disturb the surrounding community. I had friends live in here for 1 year. Hated it. Because of strange men hanging out in the hall, disruptive kids, and the manager...well that's another story. Promises not kept.
"kids will be kids" if their irresponsible parents don't supervise them. And yes I helped manage section 8 apartments and I do know what the "hood" is and got out it. Do you think people in this neighborhood want your ghetto mentality and low class attitude. I helped manage a place that accepted section 8, and the place went to hell. So I do know what the "hood' is. But unfortunately your attitude is typical of this place. Instead of playing the race card, which is the easy way out, how about turning the place around, manager, for that is who you are. Again you are obviously the manager with your head up your
A**. As far as minding my own business. Manage your ghetto, and stop the phoney posting, pretending to be someone other than who you are. How about screening tenants better' you admit yourself the place has gone down is 5 years. Sorry no one wants to join in your slum, especially people who property owners. Your phoney reviews just don't cut it.
