Poor accomodations, unhelpful staff - a ripoff

Old '50s apartments, showing their age.
Poor maintenance, staff unresponsive to calls.
Although my apartment was left very clean, and nothing damaged, the landlord charged move-out charges that were equal, to the penny, to the amount of my security deposit, completely without justification. If you must stay here, make sure you keep hold of the last month's rent, or risk being ripped off by these poeple too.
