Terrible accomodations - Did not return my deposit

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This place is falling apart - poor maintenance, extremely rude and unhelpful staff, they came up with frivioulous charges that equalled by security deposit TO THE PENNY. I would never stay here again.
