Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Not well looked after.

Extremely difficult to get them to do repairs.

Parking a nightmare. Not very convenient.

Have to walk outdoors to the laundry.

Has seen grander times - has an old gatehouse that now is just a traffic hazard.

Very poorly lit at nite.

Dont know anyone who got security deposit returned.

There are many places of much better value for money around the Wilmington area.
