Avoid this complex

The place is not well lit. The buildings are old and not well isolated with high utility costs and noise from the neighbors coming through the walls. Their requirements to rent are loose and all of our neighbors were questionable. Maintenance was rude and unresponsive. The location is close to the city, but for the money they charge you can definitely find something better in the area. Keep looking and stay away from Greenville Place!

My utility bill is low. My area of the complex IS adequately lit. (This isn't the city!) I hear nothing my neighbors do, even upstairs neighbors aren't a nuissance. All my neighbors are classy older people or young professionals (with the only problem being crap-happy/bark-happy dogs.) Never a maintenance issue. So far, I've seen nothing better in the North Wilmington area, especially with all services within walking distance. I've renewed once already, and will continue to do so until I buy a house.

I agree that you can find better places in the area for the money they charge you. Especially if you own a pet, Greenville Place will take every dime you have. It is more directly related to their main property manager, however, rather than the entire complex.
