I planned to live at Greenville place for multiple years. I do not enjoy moving. About 4 months into my lease I realized I could do better. I was not respected or treated fairly by the management, they had difficulty following landlord/tennant laws in Delaware, The grounds were in terrible shape (especially parking lot areas), and you never felt comfortable living in the community. I think they have a great sales pitch and then a severe failure in following up their claims. I consider myself a tough critic, but they sold me! I was eager to live here. Yes, I was fooled. Not everything they told me before signing was true and they did not even hold to the letter of the lease in a few cases. Is it the worst place to live in Delaware' No, not at all. Are the places around Wilmington that are a level higher than Greenville Place' Yes. Much higher. Do yourself a huge favor and steer clear of their sales pitch. Choose another place to live because you will likely regreat it at Greenville Place.
