My husband and I lived at Greenville Place (or should I say Moldville Place) for 4 years. We were prevented financially from moving, we stuck it out through mold in every room except the storage closet, we endured a constant stream of ants and wasps, we dealt with cheap and unsafe door handle locks (instead of deadbolts which we could upgrade their property but had to leave when we left), unprofessional and unorganized management office (trying to get the right information out of anyone was impossible) and numerous issues with property damage (local teens breaking car windows, breaking into apts, slashing tires, etc). In the end, we lost our deposit because they claim we ruined the carpet padding and gouged a wall--both of which were listed in a letter we sent to the office upon moving in.

Don't waste your time here. You'll lose your deposit no matter what (don't know anyone who has EVER recieved theirs in full or within a timely fashion), you'll have bugs, you'll have issues with outsiders trashing the grounds and an unresponsive and rude staff. You also won't have a lease you can read clearly and a move-in sheet to report any defects in the place.

By the way, they built the large tower apartments to raise the rent on the rest of the complex so beware. Greenville Place is the "jewel" of MidAtlantic Realty's properties--check out the Manchester Arms. I belive there have been 5 murders there in the past 2 years. Not good.
