Mold. Damp. Squirrels. Dilapidation.

No extra charge at Greenville Place.

Unless you count the fact that they always keep the deposit no matter how well you clean up the apartment before moving out. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Totally agree! Don't clean your apartment before you leave, you'll get charged anyway!
