I can echo the reviews of many others on here...

- The landlord will enter your apartment without notice, then make convenient excuses afterwards. Three times they entered my apartment with no notice at all.
- The laundry room is a dump, full of insects and filth.
- Thin walls and very creaky doors.
- Paint on the walls is cheap and will peel within a year.
- After a storm, it took them a week to pick up heavy branches and debris that littered the property. Too long!
- The roads are full of potholes.. very damaged and bad for cars.
- I was also told I could own a pet when I signed my lease. They changed their mind later and charged me a 2nd security deposit for my cat.
- Landlord comes across as arrogant and rude on a routine basis.
- Poor plumbing, poor outlets, cheap carpets... no quality construction at all really.

The are is awesome and there is ample parking... that is about it.

You can do better. It is a shame they can not have a decent property manager for this place.
