We have been living here since 2005- this is a good place becoming better.
The new Estate Manager Barb has a lot of good ideas & has been rolling them out- there are new street/ lane lights all over.
The overall cleanliness has improved & the surprise package was the home welcome kit (it is not the content, but the thought) that has been introduced (Found this out when a friend of mine moved homes).
As usual the maintanence response is impeccable- especially Elane doing a follow up call to ensure that the issue has been closed.
It is a child safe area & very serene.
Scope to improve - road & walk ways & kids play area (swings etc)
People who like the old world charm will like his place.

Looking for an apartment....I was interested in Greenville Place until I found this website. I am convinced this post is not a previous tenant but, managements fabrication of what a real rental property should be. Thanks to all of you who posted your REAL experiences and sorry to hear of all your nightmares living there!

This is defenitely a fabricated review by some one close to management. It is clearly justifying the management which is one of teh worst in my opnion. Don't get deceived by this posting. Greenville place is a nasty place and management stinks.

Anonymous has obviously nothing better to do but read these reviews and try to cut down the positive ones. I''ve lived here 4 years and love the community, neighbors, management and the maintenance men are fabulous. So why not mention your name Anonymous? This is our home and we are very happy here. Signed, KAREN from SENATORIAL DRIVE

I love it here. The sense of community is hard to find in apartment living. The management made my transition from owning a home to renting smooth and enjoyable. What would have been a difficult time was almost fun. The residents have made me and my family feel welcome. I enjoy living here.

I'm moving into an apartment in Greenville place in about a week. I have not lived there yet, so I can't offer too much in this debate, however I will say that I have been there several times to check it out with my roomates, and it looks amazing. Compared to where I have lived in the past, Greenville place seems way more like an actual community than a bunch of people who live near each other trying to avoid other human contact. The management and people in the office were ultra nice to us and extremely helpful, plus the deal we got when we signed our lease was incredible. $99 security deposit plus a bunch of money off the first nine months rent, that is pretty unbeatable. I really hope that all the negative things being said are not true, and that I don't regret moving in. I somehow doubt I will though. If you think that Greenville place is a dump, try living in Towne Court or Park Place in Newark for a year. BTW I am posting as anonymous because I do not have a username...but my name is David, and I most definitely do not work for Greenville place or any other apartment/realty company.
