I thought it was just my unit that suffered from ant infestation each spring and summer. After talking with others, it is common to all the units. You will find them in every room on the walls and floors. Don't count on Greenville Place management doing anything to help... they will only blame you. Don't count on well paved parking lots, functioning laundry machines, or privacy either. Walls are paper thin. They are very good at putting perfume on the pig to make a sales pitch, then it all falls apart. Don't be fooled.

I agree 100% w/this review,the management staff is rude"if you do not like it move"is the response to all problems.laundry is discusting&machines are always out of order.
