I lived Greenville Place apartments for one year. It is a really substandard apartment with below par facilities. The close proximity to Wilmington work and convenience to go to work forced me stay there for a while.

I hate everything in this apartment eventhough they call it a DELUX. When I moved in the apartment the rooms were stinking with pet excretions, but cleaned up after several repeated requests. The whole surrondings are covered with pet ----. The washer and drier in my apt doesn't wash properly and make big noise at work. The common laundry is pathetic and probably one of the worst I have ever seen. Half of the machines doesn't work or don't wash or dry properly. On a saturday or sunday it is long wait to have your laundary done. Since i moved in it is construction going on inside the complex , too noisy, dusty and crowded. Thefts are very common.

Finally the worst part is the management. I haven't seen somebody as rude as tehse folks at teh office. Office staff is not customer friendly and doesn't respond properly to your quires. I don't care attitude is always there when you talk to some one in the office. They have only one or two people working to trouble shoot your problems at home. Sometime it can take even a week to get things fixed. Even things which is an emergency can take time. Beware they will screw your deposit for silly reasons. Have all pictures taken and review your documents and issues to be solved when you occupy. I do not recommend this apartment for any one. I did not find anything which has value there except my convenience to work.

I have lived at Greenville Place for 4 years. I realize that this is an older property but that is the charm that drew me to this property, especially since it is so close to the City without the crime. I have only good things to say. The maintenance staff has been there since I have been there and they are quick to respond to any maintenanc issue. The office staff is very accomodating and they have a fabulous pool. Only "good future" neighbors need to apply.

THIS RESPONCE WAS WRITTEN BY THE MANAGEMENT,A COMMON POLICY WHEN THE TRUTH IS TOLD.DOES SOMEONE REALLY THINK DOG POOP IS CHARMING? THE OFFICE IS RUDE,DON'T RESPOND TO MAINTAINENCE PROBS.,LAUNDRY IS CONTRACTED OUT AND IS VERY UNHEALTHY.TRY USING THE POOL ON WEEKENDS,STAY AWAY
