My roommate and I moved into Greenville place almost two years ago. From the day we moved in, we have had nothing but problems. The parking lot has potholes more than three feet wide, and I have had to have my alignment done five times since moving in, due to the damage that the potholes have caused. It is quite simply the worst parking situation I have ever experienced. We have had insect problems with both ants and spiders. We have faulty water heaters, which don't provide more than fifteen minutes of hot water. Our bathroom ceiling actually rotted out and collapsed in on my roommate while he was showering, and it took them more than a month to fix it. Each time it was fixed, it just got worse. The final straw was that our place actually flooded, (I know, flooded in Delaware') and when we brought it to their attention, all they did was try to dry the carpets. We pointed out that the house smells of mildew already, and our furniture was ruined. I am currently stuck in a mildewing apartment, and the leasing office has done nothing but argue and fight with me. The rugs are still wet, and the house smells of mildew, but they say it has been fixed to their satisfaction. The office fails to return calls, and fixes things to their satisfaction, which means that so that it looks okay, but regardless of whether it is fixed or not. The personnel in the realty office are very discourteous and bald face lie to your face. This is quite simply the WORST place I have ever lived, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I have filed with the BBB of Delaware and the Attorney General because the place is in such poor condition.

Yo!!! & yet you have been living here for over two years???? wow this is the most skewed way to portray your experience & genearlaize it. If you wanted to you could have opted to move- why did you prefer to stick around?
