I lived in Greenville Place 2006-2008 and am moving back this summer because the condo I have been renting has been sold. I discovered that Greenville Place apartments are now being totally rennovated with all new bathrooms, appliances, carpeting, and paint. For the money and location, you can't beat it. Yes, they are 'vintage' with small closets and less than ideal insulation, but even in my 'luxury' rental this past year I could hear my neighbors. I need a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood and it suits my downsized budget.

Yes, I got my deposit back, within two weeks of moving out.

during heat waves,when your a.c. goes out.it can be weeks to get it fixed.there is one repairman,for this and other mid -atlantic properties.and you need a doctors letter,also.also you lose your security deposit,just read on theother reviews
