When I first moved to Heritage Court Apartments, my carpet was filthy, windows dirty , fridge dirty, stove dirty , bathroom was dirty,tub had cracks in it, and many other problems.when i first moved in they promised that they didnt have a bug problem,not only did they have a bug problem i found dead roaches in the sink and in the stove when i first moved in and till this day i still have to be down their back about spraying my apartment for the roaches they said they didnt have.The maintenece was horrible, they came when they wanted to. The receptionist were rude didnt want to help me at all until i told them i wanted their superviser ,of course they didnt want to give me the number. Then when i told them i wanted to break my lease of course they wanted to do everything to help me with my problems as far as the apartment. Not only was the apartment an horrible experience but the parking is horrible kate night forget about parking.but trust and believe if you park in hadicap or illegally they will try to impound and tow your car but if you .But if you happen to move here do it at your own risk.Because its "HELL ON MILLTOWN ROAD"
