How to begin,
Lets see, within a week of moving in our apartment, it was broken into. Our basement apartment flooded several times in the 3 years we sufferd living in this dump, as the SEWER backed up into our air-conditioning. Our car was broken into. Parking is a joke, unless you do not drive anywhere, good luck in finding a parking spot after 6 PM.
If you live in this dump, better be a handyman. Calling maintenance is not worth the call. They will take the information, and if you are lucky, someone might call you back in a couple of days. Be warned, that when you move out, all of the problems you reported, they will attempt to charge you for the repairs.
The swimming pool. Well, you best be up on your medical, as the pool is a great place to breed exotic diseases because they do not clean it. On the rare occasion they accually have it opened!
Entertainment...you can expect loud parties late at night, be solisited by ladies of the evening seeking to "entertain you for a fee", be woken up by drunks and druggies looking to pick up a "fix" and they grabbed the wrong apartment/ (Please note, I do mean prositutes, drug dealers doing buisness out of their apartments).
Be prepared for the local street preachers visiting you at least once a week asking you to come to their church. You can always tell when the INS is in the area, by the number of illegal immergrants in some of the apartment buildings. The floors and walls are paper-thin, and you will hear everything going on.
The laundry facilities in each building, is a hit or miss as to if the machines are working, or if they had been broken into for their change.

TOTALLY AGREE! . This Heritage Court is really a HELL . A big Dog doesn't stop barking while the owner was gone . drunk teen throwing eggs to cars, including mine . Pool rarely open, Management - Mid Atlantic is too lazy to clean the leaves . Also not to mention the rapes and homocides . I have to park near a dumpster . This is not a place to live . They just want to squeeze your money . Laundry room equal toilet: Stinky , after work I saw a guy and always the same did it . I'm soo gald that We are out from there . Moving here? pls think again .
