I have lived at Heritage Court for 4 years now and have to say that there were some issues in the beginning but since Mid Atlantic Realty made some changes with the staff and updates there has been no issues. It is a beautiful pleasant place to live with good schools, close to kirkwood highway and hockessin, clean, and an overall safe environment. I will continue to reside here and have refered several friends and family here. The new staff is very prompt and friendly. I love it here!
