This place could (I say COULD) be a great place to live if they had adequate and competant staffing.

They do allow pets of all sizes for 20.00 a month, and the place has adequate parking. It?s very convenient to 95 north & south.

However, the office is a nightmare trying to get the simplest things done, outdoor lighting is at a premium WHEN it works, washers most times are inoperable, and when they do work, the drains overflow and you have to stand in water to gather your wash in an unheated room, cracks in many walls due to age, heating systems are inadequate, the structures are over 30 years old and poorly cared for, and most importantly, the rent is exhorbitant for the facilities and the service you are getting. Calls to the office remain unanswered for days, which is frustrating in and of itself.

They have a staff of 5 maintaining 2 separate complexes to keep costs down and it shows... when you do get a maintenance person to show up, they don?t speak english.... don?t get me wrong, I have nothing against ethnicity and diversity, but the ability to communicate what you need done is severely hampered most times.

I recommend a definite NO for this place unless you need somewhere to live quickly and then only go month-to-month.
