This communtiy is unsatifactory. Office hours are daily but I have went to the office on several occasions to find it closed. Ususally if a call is necessary to report a problem the answering machine will pick up. I find it difficult to contact the office with concerns. When a problem is reported a resolution is not provided timely. The outside building lighting was not functional for most of the winter of 2002-2003. Sidewalks to laundry rooms were not cleared of ice and snow. Most washers and dryers are not functional in the laundry rooms for weeks at a time. Laundry rooms are usually flooded when washers are running. During the summer of 2003 trash removal was a problem. Dumpsters were overflowing and trash was transported to the other complex owned by the same management company via pickup truck. Windows and doors are poorly insulated. The nearby train vibrates apartment units. The units are overpriced compared to nearby apartment communities.
